This role presents an exciting opportunity to lead a service with significant growth and a thriving new home maternity program, working collaboratively with healthcare providers to deliver high-quality care.
- Establish and maintain a culture of continuous improvement where every patient interaction influences a memorable experience, underpinned by excellence and safety in care.
- Monitor, analyze, and report clinical data variances and trends to improve clinical quality and safety outcomes.
- Contribute to policy and procedure development to optimize clinical outcomes and enhance the patient experience.
- Promote integrated service models with hospitals to deliver seamless care in the community and ambulatory settings.
- Advocate for evidence-based practice, including research and quality initiatives to enhance patient care in the home setting.
The successful applicant will be a registered nurse with AHPRA, hold a tertiary qualification in nursing, management, or a relevant field, and have recent acute clinical experience in home nursing.
This position requires a state drivers license, Working with Children Check, and National Police Clearance. Above all, client care will be at the core of everything you do, committing to and supporting our mission and values.
Key benefits include:
- Salary: $127,128 per annum (pro-rata for part-time) plus 12% Superannuation.
- Permanent part-time, working 45 hours per fortnight.
