Open Source Software Enterprise Account Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Account Executive to join our team. This role will involve representing our company and its solutions in the market, building and executing a territory plan to prioritize outreach and prospecting, developing new pipeline through outreach, prospecting, local marketing, and industry events, closing contracts to meet and exceed quarterly and annual bookings targets, and managing customer relationships and interactions through all stages of the sales cycle.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about open source technology and has experience working with enterprise software or technology sales planning and execution. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's level degree, preferably in engineering or computer science, and will be able to demonstrate exceptional sales skills, including empathy for the customer, high intellect, passion for technology, teamwork, and energy.

In this role, you will work closely with our product managers and marketing teams to generate awareness, engagement, and leads, and will need to go beyond managing inbound interest to develop the potential of your territory. You will also need to demonstrate professionalism and effectiveness, prospect accounts for new business, maintain and develop existing relationships, and work with colleagues and partners on account strategy.

  • Required skills and qualifications:
    • Bachelor's level degree, preferably in engineering or computer science
    • Experience of open source technology and solutions
    • Detail oriented with effective follow-up
    • Experience in enterprise software or technology sales planning and execution
