Funding and Grants Specialist

We are seeking highly skilled professionals to contribute to the development, delivery, and administration of grants and funding programs that support disaster preparedness, recovery, and resilience across New South Wales.
This role will ensure funding frameworks are aligned to best practice, meet government objectives, and deliver value to communities.
- Mainstreaming grant funding into existing projects to enhance outcomes for NSW communities.
- Supporting the development, delivery, and administration of grants and funding programs that align with agency policies and procedures.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to achieve project goals and deliver results.
The ideal candidate possesses:
- Proven experience in managing grant administration lifecycle, including program development, application assessment, and funding acquittal.
- Excellent coordination skills, including project planning, budgeting, reporting, and resource management.
- Ability to support the delivery of funding programs that adhere to established methodologies.
- A team-focused mindset with a passion for public service and community outcomes.
- Tertiary qualifications and/or relevant knowledge and experience.
