We are seeking an experienced Grants Manager to join our team.

  • Serve as a point of contact for researchers, assist with grant-related communications, and support the Senior Grants Officer and Senior Research Development Manager as needed.">
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure the successful management of grant processes.">

To succeed in this role you will need:

  • Grants Administration Experience: Demonstrated experience in grants administration, preferably within a university central research office, faculty, or school-level environment.">
  • Compliance Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of compliance and reporting standards in grants contexts, including budget review processes.">
  • Organisational Excellence: Strong organisational skills with proven ability to manage multiple complex deadlines across Australian and international funding schemes.">
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to effectively liaison with researchers, funding bodies, and internal teams.">
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail essential for conducting compliance checks, budget reviews, and post-award reporting accuracy.">
  • Coordination Capabilities: Ability to coordinate major grant rounds, manage document repositories, and maintain comprehensive tracking systems.">
