Underground excavation projects require expertise in engineering. As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing excavation activities to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery.

About the Role

The Western Harbour Tunnel – Stage 2 project involves complex underground works that necessitate specialist knowledge in excavation engineering. Your tasks will include planning resources, equipment, and systems for efficient excavation operations, maintaining accurate records, and upholding quality, safety, and environmental standards.

  • Coordinate and oversee excavation activities to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery
  • Assist in planning resources, equipment, and systems for efficient excavation operations
  • Maintain accurate records and uphold quality, safety, and environmental standards
  • Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders during planning and execution
  • Monitor budgets and schedules, including cost control and lookahead planning
  • Interpret excavation-specific design plans and geotechnical drawings
  • Support and guide early-career engineers through mentorship and knowledge-sharing
About You
