Key Responsibilities:
Lead electrical teams to deliver safe and efficient maintenance and production outcomes.
Drive compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with site and group engineering teams on strategic initiatives.
Manage the full lifecycle of all electrical assets on site.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Advanced Diploma or Bachelor of Electrical Engineering.
NSW Certificate of Competency and Practising Certificate.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Experience in contract management and project delivery.
Qualifications in risk management, leadership, or project management (desirable).
