We are seeking a highly motivated PhD candidate to contribute to our cutting-edge research at the Quantum Optics and Information Laboratory.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills in high-level quantum optical experiments, mastering quantum foundations and information concepts.
Collaboration is key to this role, requiring strong communication and teamwork skills to work with international and multicultural colleagues.
This PhD project aims to understand and realise multiparty scenarios of quantum nonlocality, generating new nonlocality forms and innovative experimental quantum optics protocols.
Applicants should have a strong desire to undertake research in quantum information and foundations from both experimental and theoretical perspectives.
- Expressions of interest are welcome from domestic and international applicants.
- Applicants must have completed or expect to complete a bachelor's degree with honours equivalent to first-class honours or a master's degree incorporating a significant research component.
