We are seeking an experienced Talent & Culture Generalist to join our team. As a key member of the Director of Talent & Culture, you will partner and collaborate with HODs and colleagues to deliver our organisational principles and values.
The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong communication and organisational abilities, and a passion for driving employee engagement and activation programs.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is looking to make a meaningful contribution to the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Lead employee activation programs and engagement activities
- Facilitate training and development initiatives as required
- Own the full cycle of employees' onboarding and offboarding
- Ensure ER/IR compliances
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Excellent personal presentation
- Ability to work innovatively and think outside the box
- Possess full-time work rights in Australia
