The People and Culture Partner will play a key role in creating best-in-class employee experiences for the Banking and Financial Services operating group.
This position involves partnering with various teams to identify opportunities and provide advice and tactical support to deliver divisional people activities.
The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in people, culture, engagement, talent, diversity, and inclusion, reward, and employee relations to support and coach business leaders on people matters across the employee life cycle.
This includes aligning performance, capability, talent, and reward through to business strategy. The role is ideal for a people and culture professional with a strong background in digital, technological, or market disruption and growth.
Key Responsibilities- Support and coach business leaders on people matters.
- Partner with various teams to deliver divisional people activities.
- Align performance, capability, talent, and reward through to business strategy.
Additionally, this role will contribute to our technology transformation agenda to become the #1 Digital Bank in Australia.
