Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Facilities Manager to lead our operations teams and deliver high-quality service to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing facilities management services, leading a team, and ensuring consistent performance delivery.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery
  • Plan, manage, and evaluate operations maintenance and support personnel to meet client needs
  • Oversee contract compliance, performance management against KPIs, cost savings initiatives, and customer satisfaction to meet and exceed client expectations
  • Implement portfolio-wide initiatives and programs, including HSE, playbooks, service delivery plans, training & development, and succession planning
  • Participate in audits (Environmental management, Quality management, Information Security) and implement recommendations
  • Research new programs or processes to improve quality, costs, and performance for the client
  • Develop strategic procurement activities, ensuring best practice, competitive pricing, and supplier relationships
  • Review and adjust contract processes to ensure consistency and adherence to client master contract and corporate standards
  • Mentor and guide account teams to deliver agreed performance outcomes
Requirements:
  • 6+ years experience in property-based facilities and/or operations roles
  • Facilities Management Certification preferred
  • Financial knowledge and budget management skills
  • Proven people management experience with team development and mentoring
  • Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety Act, Essential Services regulations, Building Code of Australia requirements, and relevant Australian Standards
  • Advanced analytical and quantitative skills
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and influencing skills
