Facilities Operations Lead

The Facilities Operations Lead will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of resort facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily maintenance activities and ensuring that all facilities meet high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of the daily operations of the Maintenance Department.
  • Maintenance of unit and common area cleanliness, as well as ensuring resort units are in working order.
  • Effective management of the maintenance process, in conjunction with front office and other support departments, to ensure owner satisfaction.
  • Hiring, training, motivating, recognizing, coaching, and developing associates through incentives and training plans.
  • Management and support of all financial aspects of the department.
  • Assignment and direction of weekly schedules and daily duties of the Maintenance staff, procurement of products, payroll duties, audits, and performance reviews of staff responsibility.
Requirements:
  • Four years of related maintenance experience.
  • Two years of supervisory experience.
  • CPR certification or in the process of attaining.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Certified Pool Operators designation or in the process of obtaining.
  • Aptitude to work indoors with exposure to excessive noise from heavy equipment, dust, fumes, and vibrations.
  • Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
