  • This role is a key position within the organization, supporting and assisting in the delivery of risk and compliance initiatives.
  • The successful candidate will have experience in risk and compliance, with strong analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively across different business functions and levels.
  • Support and guide a team to drive proactive and effective risk management and compliance capability.
  • Manage workflows and key activities, including maintenance and oversight of various compliance obligations.
  • Respond to queries from stakeholders in relation to corporate and risk and compliance matters.
  • Oversee compliance management in relation to licensed or registrable activities.
  • Drive implementation of new systems, policies and training programs.
  • Communicate, report and present in various forums in relation to risk and compliance matters.
  • Work closely with colleagues to resolve urgent or sensitive risk and compliance matters.
  • Support operational reporting, meetings and forums.

  • Lead or contribute to ad hoc projects to drive process improvements and enhance efficiencies.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and assess risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on risk and compliance activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as law, finance or accounting.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in risk and compliance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
