We are seeking a skilled Global Risk Management Professional to join our team.
About the RoleThis is a critical role that requires a detail-oriented and analytical individual who can help us identify and mitigate potential risks associated with our fundraising campaigns.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough reviews of new fundraising campaigns, monitoring existing campaigns for risk signals, and flagging potential emergent risks.
Detecting and Mitigating Risks- Conduct regular audits of new fundraising campaigns to identify potential risks
- Monitor donation patterns and flag potential anomalies
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks
- Review and analyze community complaints regarding potential fraudulent activity
- Provide empathetic support to customers and stakeholders while ensuring fundraiser authenticity
- Continuously improve automated detection systems and processes
- Provide feedback and recommendations for campaign investigation process improvements
- Contribute to product development to enhance risk management on our platform
We value experience, skills, and passion. If you possess:
- Solid experience in fraud, risk, trust & safety, or payments roles (3-5+ years)
- Familiarity with customer due diligence, AML/CTF/KYC regulations
- Strong analytical skills and pattern-detection abilities with a process-oriented mindset
You have a high level of empathy, integrity, and professionalism when interacting with customers and colleagues.
