Your Role

  • Manage a high-volume caseload of job seekers effectively.
  • Engage with 'work-ready' job seekers to secure sustainable employment outcomes, including reverse marketing to employers.
  • Identify and address barriers preventing job seekers from being job ready.
  • Provide participants with the tools and confidence to enter the workforce.
  • Apply strong problem-solving skills and resilience to maximize employment outcomes.

About You

  • You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You are a confident self-starter who thrives on achieving meaningful results and solving problems.
  • You can think on your feet and adapt to challenging situations and an ever-changing environment.
  • You have demonstrated experience in achieving and exceeding business KPIs and targets.
  • Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office are essential.
