About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist residents with personal hygiene, showering, dressing, toileting, meal service, mobility, social support, and tailored activities.
  • Medications: Administer basic medications as required.
  • Social Activities: Facilitate individual activities based on residents' interests, hobbies, and preferences.
Requirements
  • A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care to seniors.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with residents and their families.
  • A commitment to respecting residents' values, customs, preferences, and spiritual beliefs.
  • Certificate III or Cert IV in aged care or similar.
