About the Role

The Director of User Experience Design will lead the UX design team in creating innovative and user-centered digital products for the Life Sciences division of Clarivate Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement UX strategies aligned with business goals and user needs.
  • Lead the conceptualization, design, and implementation of user interfaces and experiences for digital products.
  • Oversee user research initiatives to gather insights into user behavior, preferences, and pain points.
  • Guide the creation of interactive prototypes and conduct usability testing to validate design concepts.
  • Establish and maintain UX design guidelines, standards, and best practices.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in UX design, with progressively increasing responsibilities and leadership roles.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, User Experience Design, or a related area.
  • Proficiency in UX design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business goals and user needs into effective UX design strategies and solutions.
