**Requirements**

  • Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent relevant experience in a similar human resources role.
  • Experience within the FMCG, manufacturing, production, or similar industries.
  • Demonstrated experience providing HR advice to senior leadership teams.
  • Experience working within a multi-functional organization.
  • Desire to contribute best-practice human resources expertise.
  • Experience in managing, designing, and developing a broad range of HR initiatives, including performance management, industrial relations, workforce planning, employee relations, strategic HR planning, and change management.
