About the Role:
As a Human Resources Coordinator at Marriott International, you will play a key role in driving innovation and excellence in our industry. You will be part of a collaborative team of dynamic professionals who are passionate about making a positive impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate HR activities, programs, and initiatives to drive business results and enhance the employee experience.
  2. Assist with the onboarding process, preparing employment contracts, and ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.
  3. Support recruitment efforts, adhering to Marriott's talent acquisition requirements and best practices.
  4. Liaise with other departments to deliver exceptional customer experiences and foster a culture of service excellence.
  5. Manage the employee life cycle, including benefits administration, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
  6. Plan and execute employee recognition and reward programs, such as TakeCare events and activities, to boost morale and motivation.
  7. Provide administrative support to the HR team, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks and projects.


About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess relevant experience in a similar HR function, with a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations. You must be able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times, while working in a fast-paced environment.
