Position Overview

Become a vital member of our dedicated team at InfraBuild. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Sales and Operations departments to ensure a seamless and positive experience for our customers. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking to transition into a new career or enhance their existing customer service and sales skills.

This position operates Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

The selected candidate will be entitled to a $25,000 remote living allowance annually, in addition to their salary.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Addressing customer inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
  • Handling cash transactions, quotes, and order processing
  • Generating reports as required
  • Identifying and maximizing sales opportunities
  • Performing general administrative tasks

Essential Qualifications

  • Background in customer service or sales administration
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with SAP systems is highly valued
  • Experience in estimating and drafting within a related industry is also advantageous
