Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to join our team as a Infrastructure Technical Specialist. This role involves providing technical support for the institution's IT infrastructure, acting as a key escalation point for complex technical issues and ensuring the continuity of digital services across the organisation.

The successful candidate will have a strong working knowledge across a broad range of IT disciplines, including server and storage systems, networking and telephony, cloud platforms, end-user devices, enterprise applications, and audio-visual technologies.
