Visual Merchandising Manager

Job Description:

The Visual Merchandising Manager will be responsible for overseeing the execution and performance of visual merchandising across a vast network of shop fronts. This includes managing and enhancing in-store brand presence, working cross-functionally to identify and execute commercial opportunities, and owning the VM logistics program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies to drive consumer in-store spend
  • Lead the operation and performance of visual merchandising function
  • Strategically develop and implement commercial programs to drive VM adoption
  • Collaborate with sales and relationship management teams to identify key VM opportunities
  • Own a robust measurement framework to assess ROI of VM initiatives
  • Evolve VM assets and creative to suit new and emerging verticals
  • Ensure strong ongoing in-store brand presence through regular updates of VM across shop fronts
  • Optimize VM logistics program for seamless and cost-effective delivery

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years experience in program management role
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale programs and cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and in-store marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience in budget management and cost control
  • Analytical mindset with ability to derive actionable insights from data
