Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the store during evening and night trade. Your key areas of focus will include:

  • Ensuring the store is exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging for our customers, team members and local community.
  • Managing stock levels, maintaining visual merchandising standards and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Coaching and developing your team to meet sales targets and cost control expectations.

As a Retail Leader, you will be customer-obsessed and committed to continually seeking ways to better understand our diverse customer base. You will also be a strong communicator and team player, able to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
