Site Operations Supervisor Opportunity

As a key leader in our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to individuals with physical and psycho-social disabilities. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily site operations, coordinating individualized care plans, and fostering a collaborative environment that empowers both team members and clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing the financial performance of the site through effective expenditure management
  • Ensuring team awareness of individual requirements
  • Providing aligned support to clients' plans, goals, and requirements
  • Delivering and encouraging accurate documentation of all activities

Requirements
  • Experience in the disability sector, particularly with complex behaviors and mental health challenges is essential
  • Proven experience in supervising site operations and delivering services aligned with organizational policies and procedures

  • Problem-solving skills
  • A Certificate III in Disability and/or Certificate III in Individual Support is highly regarded
