Home Site Supervisor Position Overview

This role offers a unique opportunity to provide exceptional support to individuals with physical and psycho-social disabilities. As the Home Site Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering person-centered care within our service.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing daily operations to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for our clients
  • Coordinating individualized care plans to meet the specific needs of each individual
  • Fostering a collaborative environment that empowers both team members and clients

In addition, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting financial performance through effective management of operating expenditure
  • Ensuring team member awareness of each individual's requirements
  • Providing support aligned to individual plans and goals, including personal hygiene and living skills
  • Documenting activities to ensure an accurate audit trail and maintenance of progress notes

You can bring to this role:

  • Experience in the Disability sector, with complex behaviours and mental health challenges
  • Supervising site operations and delivering services aligned with organisational policies and procedures
  • Proven interpersonal and communication skills to grow relationships with team members and stakeholders
  • Problem solving skills to identify problems and develop solutions
  • A Certificate III in Disability or Individual Support will be highly regarded
  • Availability to work weekends and overnights where required
  • Working with Children Check (Blue Card), NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card) and First Aid certification
