As the Home Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional support to individuals with physical and psycho-social disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily site operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Coordinate personalized care plans for each client, tailoring support to their unique needs.
- Foster a collaborative environment that empowers team members and clients alike.
Duties include:
- Driving operational efficiency through effective management of resources.
- Ensuring team member awareness of individual requirements to provide tailored support.
- Providing aligned support to clients' plans, goals, and other requirements.
