Strategic Growth Director for Disability Support Services

McCallum Disability Services is a renowned Australian non-profit organisation dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities and promoting their inclusion in the community. With over six decades of experience, we have grown to become one of the largest providers of disability support services under the National Disability Insurance Scheme in Western Victoria.
The Role: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)We are seeking an exceptional leader to fill the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). As the CEO, you will be responsible for providing visionary leadership to McCallum, balancing our mission of delivering person-centred services with commercial acumen necessary to ensure long-term sustainability and growth.
About the Opportunity- Lead the organisation's strategic development, operational excellence, and innovative expansion to position McCallum for sustainable growth.
- Collaborate closely with the Board to drive impactful change and innovation.
- Maintain a highly engaged workforce culture and build on existing executive expertise in quality service delivery, governance, risk management.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A strong track record of entrepreneurial leadership in complex, highly regulated environments.
- Expertise in leading quality service delivery, governance, risk management, and building partnerships.
- Contemporary thinking, strategic insight, astute financial management, and strong commercial acumen.
- Well-developed stakeholder engagement skills, including influencing, building partnerships, and navigating change.
