HR Service Delivery Manager

This role plays a key part in leading and coaching team members, providing them with a clear understanding of their roles in continuous improvement cycles and initiatives. The right candidate will be responsible for directing and influencing team members, providing a clear vision, context, and objectives to solve problems and deliver outcomes. They will also be involved in managing demand and capacity for the team, working with stakeholders to understand upstream demand for various work packages and prioritizing to determine and schedule capacity.
About You- Relevant experience in HR Services, preferably with a strong understanding of HR tools, processes, and systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, along with senior stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Strong influencing skills with senior leaders, excellent prioritization skills, and experience in project management and roadmap delivery.
- Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to excel at diagnosis, problem solving, partnering, and achieving outcomes.
Working in a global environment is essential for this position, where you will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with stakeholders across different regions and cultures.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coach a team of HR professionals to perform high-quality HR projects and services.
- Drive the embedment of business systems within the team, focusing on end-to-end experience, customer value, and continuous improvement.
- Develop strong stakeholder engagement skills, collaborate with teams to prioritize improvements, and drive partnership and engagement with customers.
- Manage demand and capacity for the team, ensuring timely delivery of HR Services work packages.
- Support the execution of improvement projects that fall within the Global Business Services HR Services pipeline.
- Experience in HR Services, preferably with a focus on leadership and coaching.
- Strong understanding of HR tools, processes, and systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Senior stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Strong influencing skills with senior leaders.
- Excellent prioritization skills.
- Experience in project management and roadmap delivery.
