We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our inbound contact centre, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Your primary responsibility will be to take customer calls, respond to their queries, and resolve any issues that may arise. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting complex problems, performing administrative tasks, and working towards key performance indicators (KPIs).

To succeed in this position, you must possess excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously. Experience in an inbound call centre environment is desirable but not essential. Additionally, you should be able to think critically and provide solutions to complex problems. A flexible work schedule, including weekends, is also required.
