We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Chef to lead our food services team at Bella Vista Gardens, an award-winning aged care residence in Sydney Hills District.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing and leading a kitchen team, delivering high-quality food services, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Develop and implement menus that cater to the dietary needs of our residents
• Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient operation of the kitchen
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and infection control in the kitchen
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

• Cert III or IV in Commercial Cookery or other related trade qualification
• Experience in aged care, hospital, or hotel background
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality food services
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good computer literacy skills

• A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience
