Job Title: Operations Manager

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the safe execution of all operational and technical aspects within our marine fleet, ensuring high-quality services and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct health and safety audits to ensure compliance with HSE regulations and promote continuous safety improvement.
  • Ensure the daily safe, reliable, and efficient operation of vessels and associated infrastructure, collaborating with vessel crews.
  • Implement and maintain a Safety Management System at an operational level and promote a safety-first culture.

Requirements:

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • 5+ years of experience in managing fleet operations or similar roles.
  • Strong knowledge of ISM, ISO standards, Class regulations, and AMSA requirements.
  • Proven project management skills with hands-on experience in overseeing and successfully managing projects within marine operations.
  • Proficiency in computer and digital tools for data analysis, reporting, and operational management.
