Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated finance professional to join our team. As a finance broker, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and objectives, and providing expert advice and guidance on various financial products and services.

You will work in a fast-paced fintech environment where you will have opportunities for development and growth. Your training will include a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking, and you will have access to a wide range of lenders and financial products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and nurturing strong client relationships, focusing on Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Understanding clients' financial needs and objectives through effective questioning and active listening.
  • Providing expert advice and guidance on commercial finance, equipment finance, and personal loans.
  • Sourcing and comparing suitable loan options from multiple lenders.
  • Preparing and presenting clear and comprehensive loan proposals in English and Mandarin.
  • Guiding clients through the application process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Staying up-to-date with market trends, lender policies, and regulatory changes.
  • Meeting conversion targets on warm referrals while maintaining high ethical standards.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is essential.
