Job Title: Securitisation Specialist

About the Role

  • Manage ongoing management and reporting of programmes
  • Comply with programme documents, policies and procedures to identify, measure, monitor and manage risks
  • Support a robust framework and securitisation system
  • Provide support to the Treasury Funding team with term deposit and short term wholesale portfolios

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage existing trust arrangements via ABS Suite Plus system
  • Maintain Self-Assessment checklists, Risk Registers and Procedures for compliance with regulators
  • Support establishment and management of new trust issues, including structuring, facilities, swaps and cashflows

Skills and Qualifications

  • Demonstrable problem-solving skills and strong communication skills
  • Excel and quantitative analysis skills, methodical attention to detail and outstanding time management
  • Risk management, settlement processes, banking and financial markets products knowledge
