Electrical Upgrade Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Upgrade Specialist to join our team in Perth. In this role, you will focus on upgrading electrical systems to Australian standards, performing maintenance and fit-outs on Electric Drive Dump Trucks and assisting with electrical services, maintenance, and fit-outs on other Hitachi product lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Maintain and upgrade electrical systems to ensure compliance with Australian standards.
  • Perform maintenance and fit-outs on Electric Drive Dump Trucks and other Hitachi products.
  • Assist with electrical services, maintenance, and fit-outs as required.

Requirements:

  • Australian (or Australian recognised) Electrical trade qualifications with a High Voltage Switching Ticket.
  • Experience with Mining, Earthmoving, and/or Construction equipment electrical fault finding & diagnosis.
  • Ability to recognise basic product quality deviations/faults.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
