We are seeking a solution- and customer-focused Curatorial Officer who will embrace the ambitious challenges of video game preservation and digital archiving.
The position involves managing the Funded Works Deliverables program related to digital games.
This role is part of a team dedicated to collecting, preserving, and sharing Australia's audiovisual collection.
Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to managing contemporary Australian video games and interactive media through the funded Deliverables program.
- Assist in curatorial projects and acquisition programs related to video games and interactive media.
- Conduct thorough curatorial research and analysis of collection materials to develop targeted acquisition strategies.
This position requires expertise in curating and acquiring contemporary video games and interactive media.
Candidates should have experience with curatorial research and analysis, as well as stakeholder relationships and negotiation.
