We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our dynamic team at the Early Learning Centre.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues to design and implement engaging educational programs that cater to the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social growth of young learners.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing inquiry-based learning experiences aligned with best practice and individual developmental needs
  • Cultivating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
  • Mentoring and guiding support educators within the room
  • Contributing to the effective operation of the centre
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in early childhood education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
  • Current QCT registration (or eligibility for registration)
  • A valid Working with Children Check / Paid Blue Card
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
  • The ability to collaborate effectively within a co-teaching team
