Early Years Leader Position

As the Educational Lead, you will oversee the creation and execution of the educational program, collaborating with the Assistant Coordinator/Coordinator to ensure the best possible outcomes for our young charges. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the educational environment, fostering a culture of excellence, and driving continuous improvement.

We require someone with exceptional leadership skills, who can guide and mentor our educators in delivering high-quality care and activities that cater to the diverse needs of our children. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with our policies and procedures, undertaking administrative tasks, and maintaining effective communication with parents, staff, and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent, coupled with extensive experience in Early Childhood Education and Care;
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues, families, and external partners;
  • A comprehensive understanding of child development, attachment, and learning theories, allowing you to design engaging and relevant educational programs;
  • Exceptional coaching and mentoring skills, empowering educators to grow professionally and deliver exceptional care;
  • A demonstrated commitment to evidence-based best practices in teaching and learning;
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification, ensuring the highest standards of safety and health.
