We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team at Young Academics Early Learning Centre.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Early Childhood and Care or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care from a nationally approved registered training organisation or an ACECQA-approved childcare qualification. They will also possess demonstrated knowledge and application of the National Quality Framework, current First Aid & CPR Certificate, and valid Employee Working with Children Check (Paid).

This is a full-time role with a rotating roster from Monday to Friday between 6:30 am - 6 pm. As an Early Years Educator, you will be responsible for creating engaging learning experiences and environments that reflect best practice and are aligned with our service philosophy. You will also support fellow educators through intentional teaching, collaboration, and reflective practice.
