Childcare Professional

We are seeking an experienced Childcare Professional to provide high-quality care and education to children in our centre. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and possess excellent communication skills, ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the centre.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing childcare services that cater to the diverse needs of children;
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy environment for children;
  • Developing and implementing educational programs that promote child development and learning;
  • Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues;
  • Collaborating with other professionals to ensure a cohesive and supportive team.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or willingness to undertake this qualification;
  • Current First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification or willingness to obtain this training;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team;
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the centre.
