We are seeking a skilled professional to manage statutory workers\\\' compensation claims.

  • This role is a key position within the organization, responsible for providing high-quality claims management services to scheme members.

Key Responsibilities:\
  • Provide exceptional client service by responding to clients\\\' needs in a timely manner.
  • Manage statutory claims from determination to finalisation, applying technical expertise on complex claims.
  • Maintain the claims management system, including claim estimates.

Requirements:\
  • Operational experience preferably in a workers\\\' compensation related field.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to make decisions, solve problems and establish work priorities.
