
Corporate Claims Specialist

The Claims Officer is a key role within our organization responsible for the timely and accurate processing of transactional activities, particularly in regard to payment of claims.
This role involves providing support to employers and workers in completing claims, performing day-to-day administration of tasks within the Claims team, and acting as the initial point of contact for all claims-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:- Process transactional activities, including claim payments in a timely and accurate manner
- Provide assistance to employers and workers in completing claims
- Manage day-to-day administration of tasks within the Claims team
- Act as the primary point of contact for all claims-related inquiries
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to form and develop productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Be adaptable and flexible in their work, able to meet set deadlines and prioritize tasks as needed
- Have a solutions-focused approach to problems, with the ability to think critically and support continuous improvement in the claims process
