Property Claims Manager

This position plays a critical role in managing property insurance claims for natural disaster events affecting Victoria's arterial road network.
Main Responsibilities- Built relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Assessed and compiled claims from natural disasters, implementing process improvements as needed.
- Collaborated with the claims team to refine and enhance the property insurance claims process.
- Provided authoritative advice to management on claim-related matters.
The successful candidate will possess relevant tertiary qualifications in business, engineering, or public policy, or extensive relevant experience. Insurance claims or general process management experience is highly desirable.
