About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly, effective, and efficient information to customers, ensuring a positive first impression of our store.
  • Secure that all products passing through the entrance are paid for, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support other areas of Customer Relations, including resolving customer service issues, maintaining shopping tools, and catalogues.
  • Process returns and resolve customer issues, recognizing when to escalate to someone with higher authorization.
  • Handle cash and card payments in a reliable, efficient, accurate, and friendly manner.
  • Record information accurately in the system, enabling us to continually improve the customer shopping experience.
