- Secure that all products passing through the entrance are paid for, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support other areas of Customer Relations, including resolving customer service issues, maintaining shopping tools, and catalogues.
- Process returns and resolve customer issues, recognizing when to escalate to someone with higher authorization.
- Handle cash and card payments in a reliable, efficient, accurate, and friendly manner.
- Record information accurately in the system, enabling us to continually improve the customer shopping experience.
