Talent Implementation Specialist

The Workday Recruiting Talent Implementation Specialist is a key professional in bridging the gap between business and technical teams by resolving complex Workday intersystem issues. They lead clients through the transformation, implementation, and operational phases of a Workday HCM deployment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop extensive knowledge of Workday Recruiting and Talent product design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
- Utilize expertise to recommend optimal solutions based on client requirements, with flexibility to adapt scope as additional needs are identified.
- Guide customers through facilitated design sessions and configuration decisions based on best practices and understanding of customer's unique business needs.
- Regularly engage and support clients through all project phases, ensuring smooth transfer from legacy systems to Workday HCM solution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Human Resources Management, HRIS or related field required;
- Certification in Workday HCM, Workday Recruiting or Workday Talent highly desired;
- 2+ years of Workday implementation experience preferred;
- 2-5 years Human Resources, Payroll, or financial software experience required;
- Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to effectively manage customer expectations.
Proficiency in loading customer data, moving configuration from tenant to tenant, and configuring business processes and security is essential.
