The Principal Consultant bridges the gap between business and technical teams by solving complex Workday intersystem problems.
This role requires a Workday Recruiting and Talent product expert with knowledge of design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
- Become an expert in Workday Recruiting and Talent with knowledge of design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
- Recommend solutions based on client requirements, budget, and timeframe.
- Guide clients through facilitated design sessions and configuration decisions based on best practices.
- Regularly engage and support clients through all phases of the project.
- Work alongside integration teams to configure and test integrations between Workday and client-selected providers.
- Display hands-on expertise of software, including loading customer data, moving configuration from tenant to tenant, and configuring business processes and security.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, HRIS, or related field required.
- Certification in Workday HCM, Workday Recruiting, or Workday Talent.
- 2+ years of Workday implementation experience highly desired.
- 2-5 years Human Resources, Payroll, or financial software experience required.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to effectively manage customer expectations.
