We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development Professional to join our Base and Estate Management team. This role will play a key part in overseeing the design, coordination, and evaluation of induction, compliance, and capability-building programs that align with contractual, safety, and operational requirements.
">Key Responsibilities">This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
- ">
- Lead Training Needs Analysis: Develop and execute training needs analysis to identify areas for improvement.">
- ">
- Maintain Compliance Tracking Systems: Establish and maintain effective tracking systems to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.">
You will also oversee the design and delivery of induction and job readiness programs, create and maintain Manager Handbook and Contract Handbook resources, implement a 3-month compliance and training check process, and establish training reporting dashboards for compliance and strategic review.
">What You'll Bring">To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Proven Experience: Proven experience in L&D leadership or training program delivery within a complex, operational environment.">
- ">
- Strong Stakeholder Engagement: Strong stakeholder engagement experience, including with RTOs and industry bodies.">
- ">
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in LMS platforms, Microsoft Office, and training documentation.">
