The Concierge is the welcoming face of our premium flexible workspace at Canberra Airport Park. This role is crucial in creating a dynamic, productive workspace environment where professionals can thrive.

About the Role
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers and visitors
  • Conduct space tours for potential clients and manage the onboarding process
  • Create personalized welcome packs that make new members feel valued
  • Plan and execute community events that foster networking and collaboration
  • Build strong relationships with customers and respond proactively to their needs
  • Maintain immaculate presentation of all common areas and meeting spaces
  • Manage meeting room bookings, setup, and audio-visual equipment
  • Maintain kitchen areas, order supplies, and ensure consumables are stocked
  • Handle mail and package services efficiently
  • Participate as a Floor Warden in building emergency procedures
  • Work with the Centre Manager to implement operational procedures
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure service excellence
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the workspace environment
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and professional team culture
  • Provide backup support to the Centre Manager as needed

  • Experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar concierge role
  • Understanding of flexible workspace environments
