About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive paid social, display, video, and audio campaigns that drive business growth.

Our ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in-house or within an agency building social, display, video & audio campaigns for challenger brands in a hyper competitive market. They have worked 'on the tools' building campaigns across a wide range of paid social, display, video & audio channels and have experience leveraging and optimising paid search tools and platforms.

The successful candidate will be an evangelist for a full funnel approach to marketing with a passion for taking a customer from a point of awareness through to conversion. They will be the in-house expert that knows how to effectively gear paid social, display, video and audio channels at all stages of the customer journey.

This role is responsible for supporting the development, execution and optimisation of our paid social, video and audio campaigns working alongside other squads to deliver high impact experiences that convert.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assume day-to-day responsibility for managing, developing and monitoring campaigns and A/B testing experiments across:
    1. Paid Social (e.g. TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Snap, Pinterest, Reddit)
    2. Display (e.g. Display & Video 360, Campaign Manager 360, Google Ads 360)
    3. Video (e.g. YouTube)
    4. Audio (e.g. Spotify, Listnr)
  • Define and optimise the paid social, display, video & audio strategy for both everyday banking and lending, balancing funnel mix (e.g. awareness, consideration, conversion), channel mix (e.g. YouTube and TikTok), medium mix (e.g. text, table, display) and platform mix (e.g. CDP's such as Kenshoo) to deliver on our growth targets.
  • Leverage data insights to identify opportunities to improve performance of the funnel, bringing together resources across the growth team to ideate and implement solutions.
  • Mentoring junior performance marketing team members, helping them develop practical and strategic skills to drive performance outcomes.
Requirements
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in-house or within an agency building social, display, video & audio campaigns for challenger brands in a hyper competitive market.
  • Have worked 'on the tools' building campaigns across a wide range of paid social, display, video & audio channels.
  • Have experience leveraging and optimising paid search tools and platforms (e.g. DV360, Campaign Manager, Google Search Ads 360, etc) to outperform the competition.
