We're seeking a seasoned Digital Growth Specialist to spearhead our regional growth initiatives.

This key role will bridge the gap between global growth strategies and local market realities, ensuring tailored approaches that drive sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine growth strategies in collaboration with the Program Management Director for Growth.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with local leaders to ensure growth strategies are aligned with local capabilities and market conditions.
  • Facilitate seamless communication between the global growth team and local units, ensuring strategies are well-understood and implemented effectively.
  • Track and report on key growth metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet targets.
  • Lead A/B testing and other experimental approaches to optimize growth tactics.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between the global product teams and regional units, ensuring a cohesive approach to product development and marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in growth hacking/marketing, product management, or a related field within a digital or fintech environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across different cultures and geographies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and teams with a track record of achieving growth targets.
