- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as a Production Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key leadership role and make a real impact on the success of our organisation.

The successful applicant will be responsible for leading, coaching and motivating a team of production operators to achieve high levels of performance and productivity. They will have a strong focus on safety and be responsible for ensuring safe work practices are being followed at all times.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring production meets schedule and quality standards;
  • Coordinating production operations on a shift basis, including troubleshooting and liaison with internal stakeholders;
  • Identifying and leading opportunities to improve existing and new manufacturing practices/processes;

Requirements: Strong leadership skills, proven ability to motivate and develop teams, experience in process operations (food industry preferably). Knowledge of GMP, HACCP and OHS essential. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

A new opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our Industrial team as a Production Coordinator at the Jalna site. Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

As a Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating production activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of production processes. You will lead a team of production operators, provide guidance and support, and contribute to the development of strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, a strong understanding of process operations, and the ability to drive business outcomes through effective decision-making.
