The Senior Data Systems Analyst oversees the integration of electronic data trading partners and ensures timely receipt of client data submissions, resolving quality issues through collaboration with clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborates with partners to develop data mappings in line with established specifications.
- Communicates data requirements and deadlines to leadership.
- Investigates and resolves data quality issues via onboarding or new file submission, working closely with the client team.
- Responds to ongoing queries about data specifications.
- Reviews files for compliance with data needs, including testing and defining business rules for mapping tool configuration.
- Configures the mapping tool to support translation from source data to desired format, including testing and providing documentation to internal resources and customers.
- Serves as a subject matter expert on data requirements and specifications.
- Remains informed about ongoing changes and evolution of data specs.
- Leads training sessions on data specifications and requirements for coworkers.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, along with computer skills and relevant certifications.
- Proficiency in ETL, analytic-based reporting, Tableau, SQL Server, Salesforce, Snowflake, and healthcare/pharmacy data experience preferred.
- Previous client-facing experience is beneficial.
